Doorstep Delivery as a Brand Strategy (1)

Wondering how to ensure a quality brand experience beyond checkout?

Watch this lively discussion with brands that are on top of the latest delivery trends and recognize the importance of last-mile delivery as part of their brand strategy.

Doorstep Delivery as a Brand Strategy

How to Achieve a Consistent Brand Experience

Amazon has set a high bar for e-commerce brands and retailers to deliver a “Prime-Like” delivery experience, including fast and affordable shipping with real-time communication.

Therefore, the standard “Your package is en route” message without real-time data isn’t cutting it any longer with today’s consumers. However, extending a consistent brand experience to the customers’ doorsteps is easier said than done. If brands don’t pay attention, they will find their customers will move to companies that do a better job at providing a positive, timely delivery experience.

Moderated by Jeff Roster, co-host and producer of This week in Innovation and ThirdEye, and featured logistics experts from Quiet Platform, HelloFresh, Shippo, and AxleHire for a lively 30-minute discussion followed by a 15-min audience Q&A.
